Each Purchaser needs to have $30,000 in their chequing account before their appointment. Deposit required is $150,000.00 ($30,000 with offer, $30,000 in 30 Days, $30,000 in 60 days, $30,000 in 90 days, and $30,000 in 120 days). The initial deposit cheque will be deposited 1 hour after their Agreement is firm. If the initial cheque cannot be cashed at our bank, the Agreement of Purchase and Sale will be null and void. The initial deposit will be $30,000 for each product type.
